BLADE V7 LITE
ZTE, the Chinese brand also unveils a new generation of mid-range smartphones that should soon be seen in some European countries, and positioned in the Blade series. Here are the Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite.
ZTE will not be long in renewing its Blade V6, which we tested less than two months ago. It is two successors that the firm offers him today. Both run Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and rely on MediaTek chips.A fingerprint sensor ... reserved for a Lite version
The ZTE Blade V7 Lite loses some sensors (especially related to the gesture control) and the support of the VoLTE, but, despite its name, is not really less high-end than the V7. Admittedly, its screen goes 720p on a diagonal of 5 inches (still with a 2.5D glass), and it loads a SoC MediaTek MT6725P quad-core, with 2 GB of RAM. Its back camera also loses the phase detection autofocus and dual-tone flash of the standard Blade V7.
But the smartphone wins a microSD port and, more surprisingly, a fingerprint sensor. The latter, as on the Nexus 5X or the LG G5, is round and is located on the back of the phone. This is the first integration of a sensor of this type into a mid-range smartphone at ZTE.
